$BLUE LP Emissions

Unlike typical LPs on Blueprint, native $BLUE LPs do not have gauges. Emissions cannot be directed to BLUE LPs, and cannot be voted for by veBLUE holders.

Instead, 15% of total $oBLUE emissions per epoch are distributed evenly between the 2 $BLUE LPs ($BLUE/ETH and $BLUE/USDC).

This ensures that the $BLUE token has an emissions floor, and is not dependent on outside votes to attract liquidity.
